At Langkawi Airport or Kuah Jetty, free of charge. You can collect at one and return at the other at no extra cost. We do not deliver to hotels.
At the airport, call us when you land and we meet you at Door 1 of the arrival hall. At the jetty, call us when you arrive and we meet you at the jetty entrance. Our team also WhatsApps you before your pickup day.
Per 24 hours, with a minimum of 48 hours. Extra hours are RM10 per hour for cars, RM20 for MPVs and RM50 for luxury MPVs, and never more than one extra day. You pay a deposit online to secure the car, and the balance at pickup.
Yes. We inspect the car together with you at handover, so you start with no surprises.
Level to level. Return the car with the same fuel level as when you collected it.
For most packages you pay a booking fee online now and the balance to the operator on the day. Sunset cruises and private yachts are paid in full online. The price summary shows exactly what you pay now.
If a trip is cancelled because of bad weather, safety reasons or by the operator, you can choose a new date or a full refund of the amount you paid us.
You see a confirmation on screen and a button to send your booking to us on WhatsApp. We then confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
Car rental: full deposit refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before pickup. Packages and watersport: full refund of the amount paid to us if you cancel at least 2 days before the trip. Read the full policy.

Deposit RM50 untuk kereta dan RM100 untuk MPV atau MPV mewah. Deposit dikembalikan penuh jika dibatalkan sekurang-kurangnya 48 jam sebelum masa ambil kereta. Pembatalan kurang dari 48 jam atau tidak hadir tidak layak bayaran balik.
Jumlah yang dibayar kepada kami dikembalikan penuh jika dibatalkan sekurang-kurangnya 2 hari sebelum tarikh trip. Pembatalan kurang dari 2 hari atau tidak hadir tidak layak bayaran balik.
Jika trip dibatalkan kerana cuaca buruk, keselamatan atau oleh operator, anda boleh pilih tarikh baru atau bayaran balik penuh.
